天门冬氨酸酯聚脲的制备和性能研究

摘要 为了获得聚合反应速率可调、同时具有强韧力学性能的聚脲材料,采用脂肪族异氰酸酯和天门冬氨酸酯为原料室温下合成了系列聚脲材料,并探究了其结构的变化、流变特性和力学性能。研究结果表明:当聚合反应凝胶时间为930 s时,该聚脲材料具有较好的施工性;产物中氢键发生具有脲基特征的红移;聚脲硬链段与软链段混合呈现强而硬(PUA984)到软而韧(PUA980)的力学性能。实验结果为优化聚脲材料结构,调节其力学性能和反应速率,增强耐候性和可操作性,提供了重要的数据支撑。 To obtain polyurea materials with adjustable polymerization rate and strong mechanical properties,a series of polyurea materials were synthesized at room temperature using aliphatic isocyanate and aspartic acid esters,and their structural changes,rheological properties and mechanical properties were studied.The gel time of polymerization reaction is 930 s,which has good workability.The hydrogen bonds in the product undergo a red shift with urea-group characteristics.The hard and soft segments of the polyurea are mixed with strong and hard(PUA984)to soft and tough(PUA980)mechanical properties.The experimental results provide important data support for optimizing the structure of polyurea materials,adjusting their mechanical properties and reaction rate,and enhancing weather resistance and operability.
