板线材铍铜弹片复合成形模具设计

Design on compound forming die for beryllium copper shrapnel of plate and wire

摘要 针对铍铜C17200型优质材料在冲裁成形时的材料利用率低、制造成本高、模具结构复杂等问题,对铍铜弹片的产品材料、结构尺寸、成形工艺等展开研究。首先,对铍铜弹片进行了冲压排样和折弯排样工艺设计,选取自动间歇送料、连续模冲裁和多角度数控折弯的成形工艺。其次,对铍铜弹片成形的工艺特点和成形设备进行研究,采用连续模冲裁方式实现了连续自动生产,通过冲裁切断和多角度折弯的复合成形工艺保证了折弯精度,设计了铍铜弹片冲裁机构+折弯机构复合成形的模具结构。生产试验结果显示,该板线材铍铜弹片复合成形工艺不仅提高了产品的生产精度和原材料的使用率,还降低了生产成本,证明了板线材铍铜异形弹片复合成形工艺的先进性、可行性和实用性,为该技术的应用推广奠定了基础。 Aiming at the problems of low material utilization rate,high manufacturing cost and complex die structure in the stamping for high-quality material beryllium copper C17200,the product material,structural dimensions and forming process of beryllium copper shrapnel were researched.Firstly,stamping and bending layout processes of beryllium copper shrapnel were designed,and the forming processes including automatic intermittent feeding,continuous die punching and multi-angle CNC bending were selected.Secondly,the process characteristics and forming equipment of beryllium copper shrapnel forming were researched.Then,the continuous automatic production was achieved by continuous die,and a compound forming process of punching-cutting and multi-angle bending was adopted to ensure the bending accuracy.Furthermore,a die structure of compound forming of punching mechanism and bending mechanism for beryllium copper shrapnel was designed.The production test results show that the compound forming process of plate and wire beryllium copper shrapnel not only improves the production accuracy of product and the utilization rate of raw materials,but also reduces the production costs,which provides the progressiveness,feasibility and practicability of the compound forming process for plate and wire beryllium copper shaped shrapnel,and lays a practical foundation for the application and popularization of this technology.
