腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in the Treatment of Gallbladder Stones

目的:探究腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石的临床疗效。方法:将2022年7月—2023年12月六盘水市人民医院收治的100例胆囊结石患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,对照组采用传统开放手术治疗。比较两组患者炎性因子指标、围术期指标,住院时间、治疗效果、并发症发生率。结果:观察组治疗后肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、术后进食时间、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.046)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027)。结论:腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石疗效显著,可减少并发症发生,降低炎性因子水平,能促进患者尽快康复。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallbladder stones.Methods:One hundred patients with gallbladder stones admitted to Liupanshui People's Hospital from July 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,each with fifty cases.The observation group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and the control group was treated with traditional open surgery.Inflammatory factor indexes and perioperative indexes,hospitalization time,treatment effect and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,and C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the operation time,postoperative feeding time,anal defecation time,time to get out of bed,and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.046);the complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027).Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy has remarkable efficacy in the treatment of gallbladder stones,can reduce the occurrence of complications,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and can promote the patients to recover as soon as possible.
