瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高血压患者的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Rosuvastatin on Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Combined with Hypertension

目的:探讨瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高血压患者的临床效果。方法:选取府谷县中医医院2022年2月—2023年6月收治的90例冠心病合并高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规组和观察组,各45例。常规组患者给予硝苯地平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用瑞舒伐他汀治疗。比较两组患者治疗后血压、血脂、心功能变化情况及临床疗效、用药安全性。结果:观察组患者治疗后收缩压、舒张压水平低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平显著低于常规组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后左室舒张末期内径、左室射血分数显著高于常规组,室间隔厚度低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者总有效率为97.78%,明显高于常规组的84.44%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。两组患者治疗后不良反应情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P=1.006)。结论:对于冠心病合并高血压患者应用瑞舒伐他汀治疗的效果显著,可达到降压、降脂的目的,利于患者心功能改善,且药物安全性高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of rosuvastatin on patients with coronary heart disease combined with hypertension.Methods:A total of ninety patients with coronary heart disease combined with hypertension admitted to Shaanxi Yulin Fugu County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into routine group and observation group,with forty-five cases in each group.The routine group was treated with nifedipine,and the observation group was treated with rosuvastatin on the basis of routine group.The changes of blood pressure,blood lipids,cardiac function,clinical efficacy and drug safety were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in observation group were lower than those in routine group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of low density lipoprotein cholesterol,total cholesterol and triacylglycerol in observation group were significantly lower than those in routine group,while the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol were higher than those in routine group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);after treatment,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction in observation group were significantly higher than those in routine group,and the interventricular septal thickness was lower than that in routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 97.78%,which was significantly higher than that of routine group(84.44%),and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment(P=1.006).Conclusion:Rosuvastatin has a significant effect on patients with coronary heart disease combined with hypertension,which can achieve the purpose of lowering blood pressure and lipids,and is beneficial to the improvement of patients'heart function,and the drug has high safety.
