超声刀在胃肠外科手术中的临床应用研究

目的:分析超声刀在胃肠外科手术中的临床应用效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2022年12月滨州市中心医院收治的80例胃肠外科手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组及观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规电刀手术治疗,观察组采用超声刀手术治疗。比较两组治疗效果、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、手术切口长度及并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。观察组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、手术切口长度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.007)。结论:超声刀在胃肠外科手术中应用效果显著,具有微创、止血效果理想、出血量少、手术时间短等优点,有助于提高患者生活质量,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the clinical application effect of ultrasonic knife in gastrointestinal surgery.Methods:A total of eighty patients with gastrointestinal surgery admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with forty patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional electric knife surgery,and the observation group was treated with ultrasonic knife surgery.The therapeutic effect,operative time,intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay,surgical incision length and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013);the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay and surgical incision length in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.007).Conclusion:The application effect of ultrasonic knife in gastrointestinal surgery is remarkable,with the advantages of minimally invasive,ideal hemostatic effect,less blood loss,short operation time,etc.,which helps to improve the quality of life of patients,and is worth promoting.
