重症有机磷农药中毒的急诊急救护理效果分析

目的:分析对重症有机磷农药中毒患者应用急诊急救护理的临床价值。方法:选取2021年3月-2023年3月滨州医学院附属医院收治的64例重症有机磷农药中毒患者作为研究对象,按照护理方案不同分为对照组和观察组,各32例。两组均接受常规急诊救治,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加强急诊急救护理。比较两组临床救治指标、肝功能指标、心肌酶谱指标及并发症发生率。结果:观察组洗胃、胆碱酯酶复活、M和N样症状消失、急救、昏迷时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后肝功能及心肌酶谱指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对重症有机磷农药中毒患者加强急诊急救护理可缩短急救时间,有助于改善患者肝功能及心肌酶指标,减少并发症发生。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of emergency nursing for patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods:Sixty-four patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing plans,with thirty-two cases in each group.Both groups received routine emergency treatment,control group received routine nursing,observation group strengthened emergency nursing on the basis of control group.The clinical treatment indexes,liver function,myocardial enzyme profile indexes and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:Gastric lavage,cholinesterase reactivation,disappearance of M and N-like symptoms,first aid and coma time in observation group were all shorter than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the liver function and myocardial enzyme profile indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening emergency nursing for patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning can shorten the emergency time,help to improve the liver function and myocardial enzyme indexes of patients,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
