标准化管理在消毒供应中心医用耗材成本控制中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Standardized Management in Cost Control of Medical Consumables in Sterilization Supply Centers

目的:探究标准化管理在消毒供应中心医用耗材成本控制中的应用效果。方法:将2022年1—7月于贵港市人民医院消毒供应中心实施常规管理模式管理的医疗耗材作为对照组,2022年8月—2023年2月实施标准化管理模式管理的医疗耗材作为观察组。两组均采取同一批医疗耗材进行管理,共11700件,45名工作人员参与本次研究。比较两组消毒管理质量评分、无菌检验合格率、医护人员满意度、手术器械管理清洗剂和包装材料成本。结果:观察组回收及时度、包装质量、供应及时度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组无菌检验合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组清洗剂使用数量比对照组降低16.11%,支出成本降低22.58%,观察组包装材料数量比对照组降低24.52%,支出成本降低27.38%。结论:消毒供应中心应用标准化管理成本控制效果更好,能够明显提升消毒管理与灭菌水平,同时提高医护人员满意度,具有较好的应用效果。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of standardized management in cost control of medical consumables in sterilization supply centers.Methods:Medical consumables managed by the routine management mode in January-July 2022 in the sterilization supply center of Guigang People's Hospital were taken as the control group,and medical consumables managed by the standardized management mode in August 2022-February 2023 were taken as the observation group.Both groups took the same batch of medical consumables for management,totaling eleven thousand seven hundred pieces,and forty-five staff members participated in this study.The two groups were compared in terms of sterilization management quality scores,sterility test pass rate,medical staff satisfaction,and cost of surgical instrument management cleaners and packaging materials.Results:Recovery timeliness,packaging quality,and supply timeliness scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the pass rate of sterility test of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the number of cleaning agents used in the observation group was 16.11%lower than that of the control group,and the expenditure cost was 22.58%lower,and the number of packaging materials in the observation group was 24.52%lower than that of the control group,and the expenditure cost was reduced by 27.38%.Conclusion:The application of standardized management of sterilization supply center has better cost control effect,can significantly improve the level of disinfection management and sterilization,and at the same time improve the satisfaction of medical and nursing staff,has a better application effect.
