布地奈德、特布他林与噻托溴铵联合治疗对老年慢阻肺患者呼吸功能及机体炎性反应的影响

Impact of Combined Treatment of Budesonide,Terbutaline and Tiotropium Bromide on Respiratory Function and Inflammatory Response of Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨布地奈德、特布他林联合噻托溴铵治疗老年慢阻肺患者的临床效果。方法156例老年慢阻肺患者随机分为两组各78例,对照组采用布地奈德治疗,观察组采用布地奈德、特布他林联合噻托溴铵治疗,比较两组的呼吸功能以及机体炎性反应。结果治疗后,观察组的FVC、MVV及FEV_(1)/FVC均明显高于对照组,CRP、PCT水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德、特布他林与噻托溴铵联合治疗可明显减轻老年慢阻肺患者的机体炎性反应,促进患者的呼吸功能恢复。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of budesonide,terbutaline combined with tiotropium bromide in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 156 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into two groups,with 78 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide,and the observation group was treated with budesonide,terbutaline combined with tiotropium bromide.The respiratory function and inflammatory response were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,FVC,MVV and FEV_(1)/FVC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the levels of CRP and PCT were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combined treatment of budesonide,terbutaline and tiotropium bromide can significantly relieve the inflammatory response and promote the respiratory function recovery of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
