不同剂量艾司奥美拉唑四联疗法对老年HP感染相关胃炎患者胃肠激素、炎症指标水平的影响

Impact of Different Doses of Esomeprazole Quadruple Therapy on Gastrointestinal Hormones and Inflammatory Indicator Levels of Elderly Patients with HP Infection-Related Gastritis

目的探讨不同剂量艾司奥美拉唑四联疗法治疗老年幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)感染相关胃炎患者的效果。方法72例行四联疗法的老年HP感染相关胃炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,分别给予标准剂量和高剂量艾司奥美拉唑,比较两组的胃肠激素、炎症指标及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组的G-17、PGⅠ、GH水平均高于对照组,CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高剂量艾司奥美拉唑四联疗法治疗老年HP感染相关胃炎患者可明显改善其胃肠激素水平,减轻炎性反应。

Objective To explore the effect of different doses of esomeprazole quadruple therapy in the treatment of elderly patients with helicobacter pylori(HP)infection-related gastritis.Methods 72 elderly patients with HP infection-related gastritis who underwent quadruple therapy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,which were given standard dose and high dose of esomeprazole respectively.The gastrointestinal hormones,inflammatory indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of G-17,PGⅠand GH in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of CRP,IL-6,TNF-αwere lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions High-dose esomeprazole quadruple therapy in the treatment of elderly patients with HP infection-related gastritis can significantly improve their gastrointestinal hormone levels and reduce inflammatory reaction.
