以多视角为框架的叙事护理对住院精神分裂症患者病耻感、心理状态及生活质量的影响

Impact of Narrative Nursing with Multi-Perspective Framework on Stigma,Psychological State and Quality of Life in Hospitalized Patients with Schizophrenia

目的探讨以多视角为框架的叙事护理对住院精神分裂症患者的影响。方法112例住院精神分裂症患者随机分为两组各56例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施以多视角为框架的叙事护理,比较两组的病耻感、心理状态及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组的病耻感各项评分、HAMA评分、HAMD评分、生活质量各项评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以多视角为框架的叙事护理可有效降低住院精神分裂症患者的病耻感及负面情绪,提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the impact of narrative nursing with multi-perspective framework on hospitalized patients with schizophrenia.Methods 112 hospitalized patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups,with 56 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received narrative nursing with multi-perspective framework.The stigma,psychological state and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of stigma items,HAMA score,HAMD score and scores of quality of life items of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Narrative nursing with multi-perspective framework can effectively reduce the stigma and negative emotions of hospitalized patients with schizophrenia,and improve their quality of life.
