随着社会经济进入由高速增长转向高质量发展,产业升级和经济结构调整不断加快,市场对高层次技术技能人才的需求迫切。职业本科教育是培养高层次技术技能人才的重要途径之一,也是推进高质量发展的重要载体。文章以机械设计制造及自动化专业为例,探讨了职业本科教育发展的必要性、专业人才培养现状及存在的问题等,对职业本科专业的定位和专业课程体系作了探索性研究,为后续职业本科教育改革研究提供一定的借鉴价值。

With the transition of the social economy from high-speed growth to high-quality development,industrial upgrading and economic restructuring are accelerating,and the market urgently needs high-level technical and skilled talents.Vocational undergraduate education is one of the important ways to cultivate high-level technical and skilled talents,and also an important carrier for promoting high-quality development.The article takes the majors of mechanical design,manufacturing,and automation as an example to explore the necessity of developing vocational undergraduate education,the current situation of professional talent cultivation,and the existing problems.It also explores the positioning and professional curriculum system of vocational undergraduate education,providing certain reference value for subsequent research on vocational undergraduate education reform.
