摘要
本研究系统评价了青海省6市县2299名基础教育阶段教师专业素养,研究结果显示,我国民族地区教师专业素养处于中等偏上水平,但还存在以下问题:计算机网络知识薄弱,现代教育技术的应用能力有待提高,同一省域不同市县教师专业素养不均衡。针对研究发现,从政府、学校和教师三个层面提出以下建议:政府要全面统筹与精准施策相结合,推动教育资源的精准供给;学校应完善并创新教育科研体系,针对不同教师进行差异化的培训与督导;教师应自主拓宽研修渠道,加快与现代化教育教学接轨的步伐,保持“知者”地位进而逐步确立“智者”的新角色。
The study systematically evaluated the professional literacy of 2,299 teachers at the basic education level in six cities/counties of Qinghai Province,and the results showed that the professional literacy of teachers in ethnic areas in China is at a medium-high level.However,there are still the following problems:weak knowledge of computer networks;the application of modern educational technology needs to be improved;and the professional literacy of teachers in different cities and counties in the same provincial area is not balanced.In view of the findings of the study,the following suggestions are made at the levels of government,schools and teachers:the government should combine comprehensive coordination with precise policy-making to promote the precise supply of educational resources;schools should improve and innovate the educational research system,and should provide differentiated training and supervision for different teachers;teachers should independently broaden the channels of research and training,and step up the pace of modernization of education and teaching,so as to maintain the status of“the knower”and then the status of“the teacher who knows”.Teachers should broaden their research channels independently,step up the pace of modernized education and teaching,and maintain the status of“knower”and gradually establish the new role of“wise man”.
