高职院校图书馆智慧服务质量评价指标体系构建研究

Research on the construction of evaluation index system of library wisdom service quality in higher vocational colleges and universities

智慧服务是智慧图书馆的重要组成部分,图书馆智慧服务建设成为高校图书馆的发展方向和追求目标。提升图书馆智慧服务质量需要构建一套科学的评价指标体系。文章在明晰高职院校图书馆智慧服务质量评价指标体系构建基础、目标及原则的基础上,通过高校图书馆智慧服务质量研究文献回顾,结合信息生态论理论和高职院校的实际,从智慧服务精度、智慧服务效度、智慧服务发展度3个方面构建评价体系。这一体系既考虑到普通高校的共性,又兼顾高职院校的特性。

Smart services are an important component of smart libraries,and the construction of smart services in libraries has become the development direction and pursuit goal of university libraries.Improving the quality of smart services in libraries requires the construction of a scientific evaluation index system.On the basis of clarifying the construction basis,objectives,and principles of the evaluation index system for the quality of smart services in vocational college libraries,this article reviews the research literature on the quality of smart services in university libraries,combines the theory of information ecology with the actual situation of vocational colleges,and constructs an evaluation system from three aspects:precision,validity,and development of smart services.This system takes into account both the commonalities of ordinary universities and the characteristics of vocational colleges.
