水泥窑协同焚烧污泥处置研究进展

摘要 随着城市化进程加快,我国污水处理设施产生的污泥量显著增加,其处置已成为环保领域的重要议题。污泥中不仅含有大量有机物、病原体及重金属,传统的处理方法效率低下且存在环境风险。文章综述了水泥窑协同焚烧污泥处置技术原理,利用水泥窑的高温焚烧环境实现污泥减量化、无害化处理,还通过将干污泥作为替代燃料,降低了水泥生产成本。此外,文章还详细评估了协同技术的经济和环境两项效益,为推动污泥资源化利用提供了依据。 With the acceleration of urbanization,the amount of sludge generated by sewage treatment facilities in China has significantly increased,and its disposal has become an important issue in the field of environmental protection.Sludge not only contains a large amount of organic matter,pathogens,and heavy metals,but traditional treatment methods are inefficient and pose environmental risks.The article summarizes the principle of collaborative incineration technology for sludge disposal in cement kilns,utilizing the high-temperature incineration environment of cement kilns to achieve sludge reduction and harmless treatment.It also reduces the production cost of cement by using dry sludge as an alternative fuel.In addition,a detailed evaluation of the economic and environmental benefits of collaborative technology was conducted,providing a basis for promoting the utilization of sludge resources.
