反对腐败、建设廉洁政治是中国共产党长期坚持的鲜明政治立场,制度治党,依规治党,建立健全反腐败党内法规制度是新时代反腐败斗争的鲜明特征和关键举措。新时代以来,中国共产党坚持系统观念和问题导向,以制约和监督权力为重点,将制度建设贯穿反腐败斗争始终,以“预防-发现-惩治”为制度框架,逐步构建起了重点突出、体系完备的反腐败党内法规制度体系。这一较为完备的制度体系为新时代中国共产党取得反腐败斗争的压倒性胜利并全面巩固提供了坚实保障。

Opposing corruption and building clean politics is the distinctive political position that the Communist Party of China(CPC)has long adhered to.We rule the Party by the system and regulations,establish and improve the internal Party regulations and systems of anti-corruption,which is a distinctive feature and a key initiative in anti-corruption in the new era.Since the new era,the CPC has adhered to the concept of system and problem orientation,focused on restraining and supervising power,carried out institutional construction throughout anti-corruption,gradually built up the institutional framework"prevention-detection-punishment",and constructed the internal Party regulations and systems of anti-corruption with a focused and complete system.This relatively complete system provides a solid guarantee for the CPC in the new era to achieve an overwhelming victory in the fight against corruption and consolidate it comprehensively.
