钻井过程中新型堵漏剂的研制及应用效果评价

摘要 针对钻井过程中容易发生的井漏问题,室内通过大量实验研制出四类新型堵漏剂,即无机材料HWD、吸水膨胀型HXD、凝胶型聚合物HND、黏弹性聚合物HTD堵漏剂。通过对四种新型类型的堵漏剂的制备方法、影响因素、作用机理等方面进行深入分析,研究认为HWD是一种微孔堵剂,主要用于封堵渗透性漏失地层;HXD是一种汲水膨胀聚合堵水材料,其堵漏机理遵循“架桥-堵塞-骨架支撑-变形-填充-吸附-协同封堵”的研究思路;HND为胶态聚合物的堵水剂,在成胶后粘度较高,流动性较好,能在地层中形成较强的胶凝;HTD新型粘弹性聚合物堵剂采用交联聚合方法,在地层中形成高强度的高分子胶凝球体,对储层进行封堵,应用效果评价显示4种堵漏剂堵漏效果显著。 In view of the problem of well leakage that is easy to occur during the drilling process,four types of new plugging agents have been developed through a large number of experiments,namely inorganic material HWD,water-absorbing and expansive HXD,gel-type polymer HND,and viscoelastic polymer HTD plugging agent.Through an in-depth analysis of the preparation methods,influencing factors,and mechanism of action of four new types of plugging agents,it is believed that HWD is a kind of microporous plugging agent,which is mainly used to plug permeable leakage formations.HXD is a kind of water-absorbing expansion polymeric water plugging material,and its plugging mechanism follows the research idea"bridging-blocking-skeleton support-deformation-flling-adsorption-collaborative plugging".HND is a water blocking agent of colloidal polymer,which has high viscosity and good fluidity after gelatinization,and can form strong gelling in the formation.HTD's new viscoelastic polymer plugging agent uses cross-linking polymerization method to form high-strength polymer cementitious spheres in the formation to plug the reservoir,and the application effect evaluation shows that the plugging effect of four kinds of plugging agents is significant.
