国内外化妆品定义和分类异同点探究

Research on the Similarities and Differences of Definition and Classification of Cosmetics at Home and Abroad

化妆品作为提升人类变美变靓的武器,已成为世界各国消费者爱不释手的必需品,化妆品的发展当然也是日新月异,产品种类日趋繁多,但世界各国对化妆品的定义和分类却不尽相同,时常使消费者在选择和使用时陷入迷茫的境地。该文总结归纳了我国、欧盟、美国、日本、加拿大、韩国等世界先进国家地区化妆品的定义和分类,并探究了其异同点,以期为我国消费者购买使用时提供一定的科学指导,为我国化妆品的监管提供一定的技术支撑。

Cosmetics as a weapon to enhance human beauty and beauty,has become a necessity for consumers all over the world,the development of cosmetics is of course changing with each new day,the variety of products is becoming increasingly diverse,but the definition and classification of cosmetics in the world are not the same,often make consumers in the choice and use of confused situation.This paper summarized the definition and classification of cosmetics in China,the European Union,the United States,Japan,Canada,South Korea and other advanced countries and regions,and explored their similarities and differences,in order to provide certain scientific guidance for Chinese consumers when buying and using,and provide certain technical support for the supervision of cosmetics in China.
