摘要
为控制贵州产细毡毛忍冬药材的质量,建立贵州产细毡毛忍冬药材的显微鉴别、薄层鉴别等标准。采用粉末进行显微鉴别;采用TLC法对绿原酸成分进行薄层鉴别,以硅胶G薄层板,展开剂:乙酸丁酯-丙酮-甲酸-水(体积比7∶3∶1.2∶1),展开,取出,晾干,喷以1%三氯化铁试液与1%铁氰化钾试液(体积比1∶1)混合液的上清液,显色,斑点清晰分离度好。本文采用的方法和研究的各项指标可用于贵州产细毡毛忍冬药材的质量控制。
In order to control the quality of lonicera similis Hems in Guizhou,the standards for microscopic and thin layer identification of lonicera similis Hems in Guizhou were established.Using powder for microscopic identification;TLC method was used to identify chlorogenic acid components.Silica gel G thin layer plate was used,and the unfolding agent was butyl acetate,acetone,formic acid and water(7:3:1.2:1),unfolded,removed,dried,sprayed with the supernatant of 1%ferric chloride test solution and 1%potassium ferricyanide test solution(1:1).The color was developed,and the spots were clear and the separation degree was good.The method adopted in this paper and the indexes studied can be used for the quality control of Lonicerae officinalis produced in Guizhou.
