摘要
近年来,随着工业自动化技术的迅速发展,西门子Portal软件整合了WINCC和Step7,形成了全集成自动化的软件系统。面对如此冗余且功能复杂的工业软件,尤其是面临庞大的工程项目时,如何准确灵活地设计出项目执行中所需工控程序,成为了亟待解决问题。本文以工业控制中最常用的阀门作为实施对象,提供了一种基于Portal软件的自动化控制程序设计思路,阐明了阀门控制过程中所具备的功能以及PLC控制程序和上位机程序设计案例,介绍了PLC变量和上位机变量自动关联方案,仿真了上位机阀门工作过程,实现了多组阀门调用控制的仿真应用。
In recent years,with the rapid development of industrial automation technology,Siemens Portal software has integrated WINCC and Step7,forming a fully integrated automation software system.Faced with such redundant and complex industrial software,especially when facing large-scale engineering projects,how to accurately and flexibly design the industrial control programs required for project execution has become an urgent problem to be solved.This article takes the most common valves in industrial control as the implementation object,provides an automation control program design idea based on Portal software,clarifies the functions of valve control process and PLC control program and upper computer program design cases,introduces the automatic correlation scheme between PLC variables and upper computer variables,simulates the working process of upper computer valves,and realizes the simulation application of multiple valve calls and controls.
