摘要
煤炭焦化加工过程副产品粗苯是重要的基础化工原料来源之一,粗苯加氢精制产业可以极大提升产品附加值,减少污染排放,粗苯加氢精制过程中会产生硫化氢、氨、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、噪声、高温等职业病危害因素,通过对用人单位工程防护设施、应急救援设施、个体防护用品以及卫生辅助设施的调查,结合现场职业病危害因素的检测结果与职业卫生管理情况,对用人单位进行职业病危害现状评价,分析用人单位生产装置运行过程中产生的职业病危害因素种类、分布情况、接触情况与危害程度,评价用人单位职业卫生管理制度运行情况,协助用人单位做好职业卫生管理工作。
The by-product of coal coking process,crude benzene,is one of the important sources of basic chemical raw materials.The crude benzene hydrogenation refining industry can greatly increase the added value of products,reduce pollution emissions.During the crude benzene hydrogenation refining process,occupational hazards such as hydrogen sulfide,ammonia,benzene,toluene,xylene,noise,and high temperature will be generated.Through the investigation of engineering protection facilities,emergency rescue facilities,personal protective equipment,and hygiene auxiliary facilities of employers,combined with the detection results of on-site occupational hazards and occupational health management situation,the occupational hazard status of employers will be evaluated.Analyze the types,distribution,exposure,and degree of occupational hazards generated during the operation of the production equipment of the employer,evaluate the operation of the employer's occupational health management.
