某热电公司地块土壤污染状况调查

Investigation on Soil Pollution in a Thermoelectric Company Plot

摘要 土壤污染是当今社会最受关注且危害最大的一类环境问题,随着经济全球化和社会城市化的快速发展,地块历史过往的工业企业生产活动可能会给地块内土壤和地下水造成环境污染,这给土地的安全利用带来了极大隐患。本研究以山东省某热电公司地块为例,通过对该地块土壤的pH值、重金属、土壤挥发性、半挥发性有机物、石油烃、多氯联苯(3项)、氟化物以及地下水样品进行检测,旨在评估该地块属性变更前后土壤污染状况,结果表明,土壤的样品值均低于《深圳市地方标准建设用地土壤污染风险筛选值和管制值》(DB4403/T 67—2020)第一类用地筛选值;通过收集地块内水源井检测数据,得知水源井水质良好,水源井地下水的总硬度和溶解性总固体均符合《地下水质量标准》(GB/T 14848—2017)中Ⅰ类标准,这表明地块浅表层地下水的总硬度和溶解性总固体指标对深层地下水无不良影响。综上,该地块不属于污染地块,当前环境质量满足规划用地要求,不需要开展后续详细采样调查、风险评估工作。 Soil pollution is one of the most concerned and harmful environmental problems in today's society.With the rapid development of economic globalization and social urbanization,the production activities of industrial enterprises in the past may cause environmental pollution to the soil and groundwater in the plot,which brings great hidden dangers to the safe use of land.In this study,a thermoelectric company plot in Shandong Province was taken as an example.The pH value,heavy metals,soil volatile,semi-volatile organic compounds,petroleum hydrocarbons,polychlorinated biphenyls(3items),fluorideand groundwater samples of the soil were tested to evaluate the soil pollution status before and after the change of the property of the plot.The results showed that the sample values of the soil were lower than the first type of land screening value of Shenzhen local standard construction land soil pollution risk screening value and control value"(DB4403/T 67—2020).By collecting the test data of the water source well in the plot,it is known that the water quality of the water source well is good,and the total hardness and total dissolved solids of the groundwater in the water source well meet the Class I standard in the"Groundwater Quality Standard(GB/T 14848—2017),which indicates that the total hardness and total dissolved solids of the shallow groundwater in the plot have no adverse effect on the deep groundwater.In'summary,the plot is not a polluted plot,the current environmental quality meets the requirements of planned land use,and there is no need to carry out follow-up detailed sampling survey and risk assessment.
