自党的十八大以来,中国石油天然气集团有限公司(中国石油)全面加强生态保护工作,采取一系列有力措施,生态保护管理体系更加完善,生态保护效果持续向好。文章梳理了中国石油主要的生态保护管理政策和实践经验,重点介绍了中国石油在植树造林、“我为碳中和种棵树”、自主贡献型生物多样性保护地建设和塔里木沙漠公路防护林生态工程等亮点行动,分析了中国石油在生态保护工作管理机制、油气和新能源开发与生态保护协同以及生态产品价值实现方面的发展难点,提出了建立生态保护集中统筹和协同增效管理模式、构建能源开发与生态保护融合发展模式和探索多样化生态产品价值实现路径的建议。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC)has comprehensively strengthened ecological protection efforts,adopting a series of effective measures to improve the ecological protection management system and continuously enhance the effectiveness of ecological CNPC.The article reviews the main ecological protection management policies and practical experiences of PetroChina,with a focus on highlighting actions such as afforestation,“I Plant a Tree for Carbon Neutrality”the construction of independently contributed biodiversity conservation areas,and the ecological project of the Taklamakan Desert Highway shelter forest.It analyzes the challenges faced by CNPC in the management mechanisms of ecological protection work,the coordination between oil and gas and new energy development with ecological protection,and the realization of the value of ecological products.The article also proposes suggestions for establishing a centralized and coordinated ecological protection management model,building a model for the integrated development of energy development and ecological protection,and exploring diverse pathways for realizing the value of ecological products.
