西气东输三线七标段项目秦岭段生态环境保护实践

摘要 西气东输三线七标段项目穿越秦岭环境敏感区,该区域生物多样性丰富,植被覆盖率高,是重要的水源地,因此对项目施工作业过程中环境保护的要求非常高。文章根据项目施工作业特点和周边环境情况,从专项方案制定、防止水土流失、防止水污染、防止设备设施污染、防止有毒有害固体废物污染等方面着手,提出了切实可行的保护生态环境的组织、管理、技术手段。在最大程度上减少了项目施工作业对周边环境的影响,使项目绿色环保工作平稳有序进行。同时分析了当前工作存在的不足,指出下一步在施工方案优化、植被恢复、节能减排、技术创新、宣传培训等方面需要加强。 West-East gas transmission pipeline third line seventh section project crosses the Qinling mountains environmentally sensitive area,which is rich in biodiversity,has a high vegetation coverage rate,and is an important water source.Therefore,the requirements for environmental protection during the construction process of the project are very high.Based on the characteristics of the project construction and the surrounding environmental conditions,the article proposes feasible organizational,management,and technical measures for the protection of the ecological environment from aspects such as the formulation of special plans,prevention of soil and water erosion,prevention of water pollution,prevention of pollution from equipment and facilities,and prevention of pollution from toxic and hazardous solid waste.This has minimized the impact of the project construction on the surrounding environment and ensured that the green and environmentally friendly work of the project is carried out smoothly and orderly.At the same time,the article analyzes the existing shortcomings in the current work and points out the need to strengthen aspects such as construction plan optimization,vegetation restoration,energy conservation and emission reduction,technological innovation,and publicity and training in the next steps.
