乡村振兴背景下大香格里拉“快旅慢游”交文旅融合发展的对策研究——以四川省凉山州为例

On the Countermeasures for the Integrated Development of Transport,Culture,and Tourism in Greater Shangri-La to Achieve“Fast Arrival,Slow Travel”in the Context of Rural Revitalization—Taking Liangshan Prefecture in Sichuan Province as an Example

推动脱贫地区“交通+文化+旅游”融合发展是巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴有效衔接的重要手段。大香格里拉凉山段拥有得天独厚、特色鲜明的文旅资源,但长期以来,受交通基础薄弱等因素综合影响,该区域交文旅融合程度不深,具有很大的发展空间。文章从政府主导、多元协同、数据信息、平台载体、资本深化等要素入手,提出加强政府主导顶层政策驱动、高质量公共交通服务发展驱动、多样化旅行方式变革驱动、保障和技术交互驱动四个方面构建“快旅慢游”体系有效推动交文旅融合发展,进而全面推进乡村振兴。

The integrated development of transport,culture,and tourism in what used to be poverty-stricken areas represents an important means of consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty eradication.This approach may effectively guide these areas to rural revitalization.The Liangshan section of the Greater Shangri-La is home to a number of distinctive cultural tourism resources.However,for a considerable period of time,the region has been constrained by a lack of adequate transportation infrastructure and other factors,which has resulted in a lack of integration with much left for improvement.Based on the elements of government-led multi-dimensional synergy,data and information,platforms and carriers,and capital deepening,this paper suggests strengthening government-led policy at the top level,promoting the development of high-quality public transport services,diversifying travel modes,and facilitating the interaction between protection and technology to build a“fast arrival and slow travel”system.Hopefully,the system may effectively promote the integrated development of transport,culture and tourism,and contribute to rural revitalization in an all-round way.
