民间文学非遗与旅游产业的耦合协调——基于甘肃省陇南市的考察

On the Coupling Coordination of Folk Literature Intangible Cultural Heritage and Tourism Industry—A Case Study of Longnan City,Gansu Province

民间文学非遗具有重要的文化记忆和凝聚功能,是文化旅游事业内涵发展的基底。通过对甘肃陇南地区的考察,发现因共建意识、人才、资金和体制机制方面的问题,民间文学非遗与旅游产业呈现出低耦合的原始状态。为有效解决这些耦合的痛点和难点,可从全面科学的发展观出发,建立双向耦合、高度协调的智能文旅系统模式,能从内外两个空间8个维度搭好耦合骨架。在此基础上,不断强化互振共建意识以打开发展新格局,努力建设非遗学科以为人才蓄力,活络体制机制以促进资金精准投放,推动区域产业整体发展以激发内生活力,并以数字化手段和乡村文化民宿建设为辅翼,可为民间文学非遗与旅游产业的良性耦合提供保障。

Folk literature intangible cultural heritage plays an important role in cultural memory and cohesion,and serves as a foundation for the internal development of cultural tourism.A detailed investigation in the Longnan area of Gansu Province reveals that folk literature intangible cultural heritage and tourism industry remain in a primitive state of low coupling.The reasons can be listed as follows:the awareness of co-development is too weak,there is an extreme lack of construction talents,there is a lack of precise investment of funds,and the institutional mechanism is not active.The reasons can be listed as follows:the awareness of co-development is too weak,there is an extreme lack of construction talents,there is a lack of precise investment of funds,and the institutional mechanism is not active.In order to effectively address the issues of coupling,it is first necessary to adopt a comprehensive scientific approach to development.This entails establishing two-way coupling,a high degree of coordination between the intelligent culture and tourism system models,and building a robust coupling framework across the internal and external spaces and eight dimensions.In light of the aforementioned considerations,it is imperative to reinforce the awareness of mutual revitalization and co-construction with the objective of establishing a novel pattern of development.This necessitates the cultivation of intangible cultural heritage disciplines to serve as a repository for the talents of the region,the activation of institutional mechanisms to facilitate the precise investment of funds,and the promotion of the overall development of regional industries to stimulate internal vitality.The use of digital means and the construction of rural cultural homestays can serve as auxiliary wings to provide a guarantee for the benign coupling of the folklore intangible cultural heritage with the tourism industry.
