摘要
研究者发起的老年医学临床研究具有临床需求迫切、研究参与者情况复杂、研究风险大等特点,需要通过加强管理来提高研究质量。本共识对研究者发起的老年医学临床研究的定义、组织管理、立项管理、过程管理、结题管理等方面给出推荐意见,为医疗卫生机构开展研究管理工作提供参考。
