雷珠单抗联合激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞合并黄斑水肿的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Ranibizumab Combined with Laser in the Treatment of Retinal Vein Obstruction Complicated with Macular Edema

目的 探讨雷珠单抗联合激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞合并黄斑水肿的临床效果。方法 选择2020年1月-2023年3月在山东玲珑英诚医院有限公司进行治疗的85例视网膜静脉阻塞合并黄斑水肿患者作为研究对象。所有患者按照治疗方案的不同分为联合组42例和对照组43例,联合组给予雷珠单抗联合激光治疗,对照组给予激光治疗。比较两组疗效、症状改善时间和并发症发生情况,以及两组治疗前和治疗6个月后视功能情况。结果 联合组总有效率为97.62%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)值为4.318,P<0.05)。联合组眼底出血吸收时间、渗出吸收时间、黄斑水肿改善时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,两组视功能各指标均较治疗前得到改善,且联合组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组并发症发生率7.14%,低于对照组的13.95%,但差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)值为0.446,P>0.05)。结论 雷珠单抗联合激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞合并黄斑水肿,较单独使用激光治疗具有更好的效果,更有利于患者的症状缓解和视功能改善,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ranibizumab combined with laser therapy for retinal vein obstruction(RVO)complicated with macular edema(ME).Methods A total of 85 patients with RVO-ME who underwent treatment at Shandong Linglong Yingcheng Hospital from January 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were divided into a combination group of 42 cases and a control group of 43 cases according to different treatment plans.The combination group was treated with ranibizumab combined with laser therapy,while the control group was treated with laser therapy.Compare the efficacy,symptom improvement time,and incidence of complications between two groups,as well as the visual function before treatment and 6 months after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 97.62%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 81.40%,(x^(2)=4.318,P<0.05).The absorption time,exudate absorption time,and ME improvement time in the combination group were all significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,all indicators of visual function in both groups improved compared to before treatment,and the combination group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the combination group was 7.14%,and was lower than the control group's 13.95%,but the difference was not significant(x^(2)=0.446,P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of ranibizumab and laser therapy for retinal vein obstruction combined with macular edema has a better effect than laser therapy alone,and is more conducive to symptom relief and visual function improvement in patients.It is worth promoting and using.
