摘要
本文针对摆式冲击锤用于检测外壳材料时,在冲击载荷作用下的质量状况进行研究。通过控制升降平台、横向导轨模组和纵向导轨模组,调节被测样品放置台的位置,并通过电机驱动单元和角度传感器,控制摆锤自动抬起至设定角度、停留和释放,压力传感器反馈冲击能量,从而实现对不同尺寸的被测样品的不同部位进行标准冲击能量的冲击试验,提高试验的适用性和准确性。
In this paper,the quality condition of the pendulum impact hammer is studied when it is used to detect the shell material under impact load.By controlling the lifting platform,the transverse guide module and the longitudinal guide module,the position of the test sample placement table is adjusted,and the pendulum is controlled to automatically lift to the set angle,stay and release through the motor drive unit and the angle sensor.The pressure sensor feedback the impact energy,so as to realize the impact test of the standard impact energy on different parts of the tested sample of different sizes.Improve the applicability and accuracy of the test.
