摘要
底壁控温真空干燥箱可在真空环境下,快速高效地对干燥热敏性、易分解性、易氧化性及复杂组分物质进行干燥处理,被广泛应用于生物、化学、制药、医疗、农业、环保等领域。本文对其温场特性进行探索,包括真空与常压状态下温场的差异及温度影响因素,为计量与校准提供参考。
The bottom-wall temperature-controlled vacuum drying oven can quickly and efficiently dry the heat-sensitive,easily decomposing,easily oxidizing and complex components in the vacuum environment,and is widely used in biology,chemistry,pharmaceutical,medical,agriculture,environmental protection and other fields.In this paper,the characteristics of its temperature field are explored,including the difference between vacuum and atmospheric pressure temperature field and the influence factors of temperature,so as to provide reference for measurement and calibration.
