摘要
复合型气体检测仪被广泛应用于工业、环保、医疗等领域,其准确性和稳定性对于保障生产安全、环境质量和人体健康具有重要意义。因此,为确保其准确性和可靠性,需定期进行校准。本文将多种不同的校准方法进行比较,采用具有代表性的标准气体模拟实际工作环境中的气体浓度,对检测仪进行校准,并对校准前后的测量结果进行对比分析。实验证明:该方法具有操作简便、成本低廉、可重复性好等优点。
The compound gas detector is widely used in industry,environmental protection,medical and other fields,and its accuracy and stability are of great significance to ensure production safety,environmental quality and human health.Therefore,regular calibration is required to ensure accuracy and reliability.In this paper,a variety of different calibration methods are compared,and a representative standard gas is used to simulate the gas concentration in the actual working environment to calibrate the detector,and the measurement results before and after calibration are compared.The experimental results show that this method has the advantages of simple operation,low cost and good repeatability.
