白芍党参含片的制备工艺研究

Study on the Preparation Process of Cynanchum Otophyllum Schneid and Radix Codonopsis

目前现有研究中以白芍、党参为原料的汤剂和颗粒药食研究广泛,但由于这类药食自身在生产、储存及服用中具有较多的局限性,因此本文中选择研究了性能稳定便于携带的片剂。本文介绍的白芍党参含片的制备工艺中对原料有效成分的煎煮次数、煎煮温度和浓缩时间进行了多次实验。除此之外,本文还讨论了不同比例的原、辅料如何添加进行配方调制,并对优化条件后制备的白芍党参含片进行产品评价,制得的产品表面光滑,口味甘甜,食用方便,这为治疗酒精性肝损伤产品的开发与工业化制备工艺提供了一定的理论支撑。

In previous studies,there have been extensive studies on decoctions and granular medicinal foods made from Cynanchum otophyllum Schneid and Radix codonopsis.However,due to the limitations of these medicinal foods in production,storage,and consumption,this study chose to study tablets with stable performance and easy portability.This article introduces the preparation process of Cynanchum otophyllum Schneid and Radix codonopsis buccal tablets,which involves multiple experiments on the number of decoction times,decoction temperature,and concentration time of the active ingredients in the raw materials.In addition,this article also discussed the formulation of different proportions of raw materials and excipients,and evaluated the products prepared under optimized conditions.The products have a smooth surface,a sweet taste,and convenient consumption.This provides theoretical support for the development and industrial preparation process of products for treating alcoholic liver injury.
