摘要
为探究凹槽对6063铝合金力学性能的影响,设计单凹槽和凹槽间距分别为1.0、2.0、3.0及4.0 mm的双凹槽等5种不同的板材试样,采用室温单轴拉伸实验结合数值模拟的方法进行力学分析。结果表明:局部凹槽使得板材的塑性大幅下降,断裂位移显著降低;带有凹槽的试样应力更高,应力集中更严重。
To investigate the effect of notches on the mechanical properties of 6063 aluminum alloy,five different specimens with single notch and double notches(the space of the two notches is 1.0,2.0,3.0,and 4.0 mm,respectively)are designed,and its mechanical properties are analyzed using room temperature uniaxial tension experiment combined with numerical simulation method.The results show that the local notch cause a significant decrease in the plasticity of the plate and a significant reduction in fracture displacement;the stress of specimens with notch/notches is higher,and its stress concentration is more serious.
