Research on the Basis and Path Selection of Guangxi’s Economic Development Towards the Sea under the Background of the“the Belt and Road”Initiative

随着全球经济一体化进程的不断加快,海洋经济已成为推动区域发展的新引擎。广西是我国通往东南亚的重要门户,近年来,广西向海经济发展迅速,在促进区域社会经济发展方面的影响较大。本文围绕广西向海经济的发展现状,系统性的评估广西向海经济发展的基础、现状、面临的困境,虽然广西向海经济发展的基础良好,但依然存在一些不足。基于此,本文提出广西向海经济可持续发展策略,包括构建现代化向海经济产业体系、发展科技创新动能和加强互联互通基础设施建设,以期实现区域经济的全面繁荣。

With the continuous acceleration of global economic integration,the marine economy has become a new engine for promoting regional development.Guangxi is an important gateway for China to Southeast Asia.In recent years,Guangxi’s seaward economy has developed rapidly and has had a significant impact in promoting regional socio-economic development.This paper focuses on the current development status of Guangxi’s seaward economy,systematically evaluating the foundation,current situation,and challenges faced by Guangxi’s seaward economic development.The foundation of Guangxi’s seaward economic development is good,but there are still some shortcomings.Based on this,this paper proposes a sustainable development strategy for Guangxi’s seaward economy,including building a modern offshore economic industrial system,developing technological innovation momentum,and strengthening the construction of interconnectivity infrastructure,in order to achieve comprehensive prosperity of the regional economy.
