海南省城乡冷链物流一体化发展现状与对策研究

Research on the Development Status and Countermeasures of Urban-rural Cold Chain Logistics Integration in Hainan Province

大力推动城乡冷链物流一体化,是巩固和增强农村经济发展的重要手段之一,有利于打破城乡二元格局。本文以海南城乡冷链物流为研究对象,分析城乡冷链物流一体化必要性,通过实地调研海南省城乡冷链物流发展现状,发现存在冷链供应链尚未建立、城乡冷链资源分布不均、专业冷链物流人才匮乏、农村冷链信息化水平低、“最先一公里”冷链认知不足等问题,并针对存在的问题提出了相应对策,以期促进海南省城乡冷链物流一体化健康发展。

Vigorously promoting the integration of urban and rural cold chain logistics is one of the important means to consolidate and enhance rural economic development,and is conducive to breaking the urban-rural dual pattern.This paper takes urban and rural cold chain logistics in Hainan Province as the research object,and analyzes the necessity of integrating urban and rural cold chain logistics.Through field research on the development status of urban and rural cold chain logistics in Hainan Province,the paperfinds that cold chain supply chain has not yet been established,urban and rural cold chain resources are unevenly distributed,professional cold chain logistics talents are scarce,rural cold chain informatization level is low,and the cognition of the“first kilometer”cold chain is insufficient.In order to promote the sound development of urban-rural cold chain logistics integration in Hainan Province,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
