辽宁省装备制造业数字化转型发展现状及新质生产力升级的对策研究

Study on the Current Status of Digital Transformation in Liaoning Province's Equipment Manufacturing Industry and Strategies for Upgrading New Quality Productivity

随着信息技术的快速发展和普及,数字化转型已成为当前装备制造业升级转型的关键路径和发展趋势。营口作为我国重要的装备制造业基地之一,其装备制造业在数字化转型升级中面临着诸多挑战和机遇,如技术创新、组织变革和人才培养等。装备制造业是营口市工业经济的第一支柱产业,营口应充分发挥制造业基础优势,利用以5G、工业互联网、大数据、云计算、人工智能、物联网等为代表的新一代信息技术,引育新业态、新模式、新动能,提质增效、降本减存,加快推动装备制造业的数字化、网络化、智能化转型升级,打造营口工业经济全面振兴发展的新引擎。这是政府和企业的责任使然,是完成营口市“十四五”重点产业技术创新发展规划任务的必修课和必答题。本文旨在对营口装备制造业数字化转型升级的对策进行研究,为推动营口地区装备制造业实现转型升级和可持续发展提供理论和实践支持。

With the rapid development and popularization of information technology,digital transformation has become the key path and development trend for upgrading and transforming the equipment manufacturing industry.As one of China’s important equipment manufacturing bases,Yingkou faces many challenges and opportunities in digital transformation and upgrading of its equipment manufacturing industry,such as technological innovation,organizational change,and talent development.The equipment manufacturing industry is the primary pillar industry of Yingkou’s industrial economy.Yingkou should fully leverage its manufacturing industry advantages and utilize new generation information technologies such as 5G,industrial Internet,big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,and the Internet of Things to cultivate new industries,new models,new growth drivers,improve quality and efficiency,reduce costs,accelerate the digital transformation,networking,and intelligent upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry,and create a new engine for the comprehensive revitalization and development of Yingkou’s industrial economy.This is the responsibility of the government and enterprises,and it is a compulsory course and question to complete the key industry technological innovation and development plan tasks of Yingkou during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.This paper aims to study the strategies for the digital transformation and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry in Yingkou,providing theoretical and practical support for promoting the transformation,upgrading,and sustainable development of the equipment manufacturing industry in Yingkou.
