介绍了一款配套重卡车型的直列6缸柴油发动机的设计开发过程。该发动机采用电控高压共轨系统和高效选择性催化还原(SCR)后处理系统,发动机本体采用蠕铁材料的气缸体和气缸盖。对比某款产品,该发动机动力更加强劲、燃油耗更低、经济性更好。此外,介绍了该发动机本体结构零件的开发设计、燃烧系统相关零件的设计和选型、性能开发策略,以及节能减排措施等。
This paper introduces the design and development process of an inline 6-cylinder diesel engine for a heavy-duty truck model.The engine adopts an electronically controlled high-pressure com⁃mon rail system and an efficient SCR aftertreatment system.The engine adopts a cylinder block and cylin⁃der head made of vermicular iron material,this engine has stronger power,lower fuel consumption,and better economy.The article includes the development and design of engine body structural components,the design and selection of combustion system related components,performance development strategies,and energy-saving and emission reduction measures.
