摘要
小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)在桑树的整个生长发育周期中扮演着至关重要的角色。本文从miRNA调控桑树的生长发育、对生物胁迫和非生物胁迫的应答,以及在蚕、桑互作中的作用等方面进行了综述,通过深入分析miRNA在这些方面的调控机制,揭示其在桑树生物学功能调节中的重要性。展望未来,对miRNA在桑树生长发育过程中的调控研究提出了新的思路,旨在为桑树遗传改良提供指导意见,为拓展桑树的应用领域以及促进蚕桑产业的可持续发展提供参考。
MiRNAs play pivotal roles throughout the entire growth and developmental cycle of mulberry.This paper provides a comprehensive review of the involvement of miRNAs in regulating mulberry growth and development,responses to biotic and abiotic stresses,and their role in the interaction between silkworms and mulberry.By delving into the regulatory mechanisms of miRNAs in these aspects,the importance of miRNAs in modulating the biological functions of mulberry is elucidated.Looking ahead,novel strategies for miRNA regulation in mulberry are proposed,aiming to provide guidance for genetic improvement and sustainable development of mulberry.This review lays a foundation for further exploration of the applications of miRNAs in the field of mulberry and serves as a reference for related research areas.
