Discussion on the Practical Path of Rural Revitalizationin Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County

分析了阜新蒙古族自治县发展优势,总结了乡村振兴面临的困难:产业发展单一、集体经济发展内生动力不足、“空壳化”问题突出、农村基础设施薄弱。并提出了阜新蒙古族自治县乡村振兴路径:挖掘农业多功能性,拓宽产业融合路径;壮大农村集体经济,增强内生动力;破解空壳化,带动“人才振兴”;提高基础设施水平,打造生态宜居乡村。

This paper analyzes the development advantages of Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County and summarizes the difficulties faced by rural revitalization:single industrial development,insufficient endogenous power of collective economic development,prominent problem of"hollowing out",and weak rural infrastructure.The path of rural revitalization in Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County is proposed:to explore the multi-functionality of agriculture and broaden the path of industrial integration;strengthen the rural collective economy and enhance the endogenous driving force;crack the hollow shell and drive the"talent revitalization";improve the level of infrastructure and create ecologically livable villages.
