该文从全国工程质量检测行业发展历史入手,以重庆市本地3家不同类型检测机构为例,阐述了重庆市工程质量检测行业的发展历程,分析了工程质量检测行业现状,并结合新的《建设工程质量检测管理办法》的实施,以行业监督部门为研究视角,探讨了工程质量检测行业在新的机遇与挑战面前健康持续发展的对策,可供相关专业人员参考。

This paper starts from the historical development of the national engineering quality inspection industry,using three dfferent types of local inspection agencies in Chongqing City as examples.It elaborates on the development process of the engineering quality inspection industry in Chongqing,analyzes the current status of the industry,and from the perspective of industry supervision departments,explores strategies for the healthy and sustainable development of the industry facing emerging opportunities and challenges based on the implementation of the new version of Management Measures for Construction Engineering Quality Inspection,This research provides valuable insights for professionals in thefield.
