摘要
为解决土建类专业传统的毕业设计题目固定、设计过程缺乏新意、不能突破专业限制且成品重复率较高等问题,通过全过程应用、多专业协同、分时递进的方式,探索BIM技术的毕业设计新模式。在协同设计的基础上,从选题、组织与流程、评价方式等方面详细介绍OBE理念导向下BIM技术在土建类毕业设计中的应用,并将理论教学、课程设计、BIM赛事和毕业设计四位一体,力求优化实践教学重要环节。希望研究成果能够为国内高校毕业设计改革提供参考与借鉴。
In order to address common issues in the civil engineering majors such as fixed graduation design topics,lack of innovation in the design process,inability to break down professional limitations,and high repetition rates of finished products,this study explores a new model for graduation design using BIM technology,in the way of comprehensive application,interdisciplinary collaboration,and phased progression.Building on collaborative design,the paper provides a detailed exploration of the application of BIM technology in civil engineering graduation design under the guidance of OBE principles,covering aspects such as topic selection,organization and processes,and evaluation methods.It integrates theoretical teaching,curriculum design,BIM competitions,and graduation projects to optimize the crucial aspect:practice teaching.The research aims to provide insights and references for reforming graduation designs in domestic.universities.
