新疆博乐市不同民族女性阴道感染流行病学调查

Epidemiological investigation of vaginal infection among women of different nationalities in Bole City,Xinjiang

目的了解博乐市不同民族女性阴道感染情况,为本地妇女健康提供科学依据。方法选取2023年4月1日至8月31日,在新疆博尔塔拉丽人妇幼医院妇科门诊就诊女性1269例,年龄17~56岁,其中汉族女性740例占58.32%,平均年龄(32.09±5.02)岁;少数民族妇女529例占41.69%,平均年龄(31.73±4.56)岁。在知情同意情况下进行阴道分泌物常规检查。结果1269例患者有病原菌感染者540人,感染率为42.56%,其中BV、TV、CCV和混合感染率分别为10.48%、9.47%、21.60%和3.01%;阴道感染率与民族和年龄有密切关系(P<0.05)。结论通过对汉族与少数民族女性阴道感染调查,根据各民族与年龄感染率差异,开展本地生殖健康指导,减少女性阴道疾病的发生与流行。

Objective To assess the prevalence of vaginal infections among women of different ethnicities in Bole City,Xinjiang,to provide a scientific basis for the health management of local women.Methods From April 1st to August 31st,2023,a total of 1269 women aged 17 to 56 were recruited from the gynecological clinic of our hospi-tal.Among them,740 were of Han ethnicity,accounting for 58.32%,with an average age of(32.09±5.02)years,while 529 were from minority ethnic groups,accounting for 41.69%,with an average age of(31.73±4.56)years.Routine examination of vaginal secretions was conducted with informed consent.Results Among the 1269 women,540(42.56%)were found to have pathogenic bacterial infections in their vaginal secretions.The infection rates for bacterial vaginosis(BV),trichomonas vaginalis(TV),candida species(CCV),and mixed infections were 10.48%,9.47%,21.60%,and 3.01%,respectively.The prevalence of vaginal infections was significantly associated with eth-nicity and age(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the variation in infection rates among different ethnicities and age groups,it is crucial to implement targeted reproductive health interventions to reduce the incidence and prevalence of vaginal diseases among women in the local population.
