面板堆石坝垫层料的保护方式研究

摘要 面板堆石坝的垫层料作为面板混凝土的基础,其质量直接影响面板混凝土的运行状况。对于面板堆石坝垫层料,一般采用不同比例的粗细骨料掺配获得,属于散离结构,其存在黏聚力较小、抗冲能力较差的缺陷。面板堆石坝垫层料施工期间,一定要保证垫层料的填筑质量满足设计要求,且最重要的是要做好保护,使其不被冲毁破坏而留下质量隐患。阐述了针对面板堆石坝垫层料的保护方式进行的分析与总结,旨在研究出更为安全、合理、经济、施工简单的垫层料保护方式,从而实现面板堆石坝工程顺利、有序的建设。 The cushion material of the face rockfill dam serves as the foundation of the face concrete,and its quality directly affects the operating conditions of the face concrete.Cushion material for face rockfill dams is generally obtained by blending different proportions of coarse and fine aggregates.It has a discrete structure and has the disadvantages of low cohesion and poor impact resistance.During the construction of the cushion material for the face rockfill dam,it is necessary to ensure that the filling quality of the cushion material meets the design requirements,and the most important thing is to protect it from being washed away and damaged,leaving quality hazards.This paper expounds the analysis and summary of the cushion material protection methods of face rockfill dams,aiming to develop a safer,more reasonable,economical,and simpler construction method for cushion material protection,so as to achieve a smooth and effective construction of face rockfill dam project.
