超高性能混凝土拱架设计与应用

摘要 超高性能混凝土(UHPC)作为一种新型水泥基工程材料,具有超高的力学性能、耐久性能和良好的工作性能。与钢材相比隐含二氧化碳当量和隐含能耗更低,符合绿色可持续发展和“双碳”战略目标要求。目前,UHPC在桥梁工程、建筑工程和防护工程等领域已逐步应用,但在隧道工程中的研究和应用较少。文章研究设计一种装配式UHPC临时支撑拱架,可替代隧道施工过程中使用的钢拱架,具有很好的适用性和经济性。在某隧道CRD工法下临时竖向支撑施工中进行应用测试,取得了良好效果,验证了UHPC拱架替代钢拱架的可行性。 Ultra high performance concrete(UHPC),as an innovative cement-based engineering material,has ultra-high mechanical properties,ultra-high durability,and good working performance.Compared with steel,it has lower hidden carbon dioxide equivalent and hidden energy consumption,which meets the requirements of green sustainable development and dual carbon strategy goals.At present,UHPC has been gradually applied in fields such as bridge engineering,construction engineering,and protective engineering,but there is relatively little research and application in tunnel engineering.The article studies and designs a prefabricated UHPC temporary support arch frame,which can replace the steel arch frame used in tunnel construction,and has good applicability and economy.Through application testing in the temporary vertical support construction of a certain tunnel using the CRD method,good results were achieved,verifying the feasibility of UHPC arch frame replacing steel arch frame.
