摘要
钻爆法施工技术发展迅速,隧道开挖钻孔、初期支护、二次衬砌等关键工序均在一定程度上实现了机械化及智能化施工,而炸药装填工序仍以人工为主。开挖过程使用凿岩台车进行钻孔作业越来越广泛,结合凿岩台车研发一种炸药智能化装填系统必要且实用。文章结合乳化炸药自身特点、装药设备现状,将装药工作单元分散布置在凿岩台车和装药台车上,同时配套开发了凿岩控制、装药控制和爆破优化软件,分别用于钻孔过程、装药过程以及爆破优化过程,实现了钻爆一体化施工与循环优化。该系统在宜兴联络线晓峰隧道进行现场应用试验并获得成功。
The construction technology of drilling and blasting method is developing rapidly.The key processes such as tunnel excavation drilling,initial support and secondary lining have realized mechanized and intelligent construction to a certain extent,while the explosive loading process is still dominated by manual work.In the excavation process,the use of rock drill jumbo for drilling operations is becoming more and more extensive.It is necessary and practical to develop an intelligent explosive filling system in combination with rock drill jumbo.Combined with the characteristics of emulsion explosives and the status quo of charging equipment,the charging work units are scattered on the drilling trolley and the charging trolley.At the same time,the drilling control,charging control and blasting optimization software are developed,which are used for drilling process,charging process and blasting optimization process respectively,so as to realize the integrated construction and cycle optimization of drilling and blasting.The system has been successfully applied in the Xiaofeng Tunnel of Yixing connecting line.
