摘要
目的:观察多元化健康宣教在妊娠期高血压疾病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年12月至2020年12月该院收治的84例妊娠期高血压疾病患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组各42例。对照组采用常规健康宣教,研究组采用多元化健康宣教,比较两组收缩压、舒张压、健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分、负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]评分和健康宣教满意度。结果:宣教1个月后,两组SF-36各维度评分高于宣教前,且研究组高于对照组,两组收缩压、舒张压以及SAS、SDS评分低于宣教前,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组健康宣教满意度为95.24%,明显高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多元化健康宣教用于妊娠期高血压疾病患者可提高其SF-36评分和健康宣教满意度,降低其收缩压、舒张压以及SAS、SDS评分,效果优于常规健康宣教。
Objective:To observe application effects of diversified health education in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 84 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy admitted to the hospital from December 2019 to December 2020.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education,while the study group was given the diversified health education.The systolic blood pressure,the diastolic blood pressure,the short form health survey(SF-36)score,the negative emotion[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)]scores,and the health education satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After 1 month of education,the scores of SF-36 dimensions in the two groups were higher than those before the education,and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group;the systolic blood pressure,the diastolic blood pressure and the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the education,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the health education satisfaction rate in the study group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than 78.57%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The diversified health education for the patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy can improve their SF-36 scores and health education satisfaction rates and reduce their systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure levels as well as the SAS and SDS scores.Moreover,it is superior to the routine health education.
