MSCT脑血管成像和MRI检查诊断脑血管疾病的价值

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)脑血管成像和磁共振成像(MRI)检查诊断脑血管疾病的价值。方法采用回顾性分析研究我院2019年9月至2021年12月收治的103例脑血管疾病患者的临床资料,所有患者均经MSCT脑血管成像与MRI检查,以数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查结果为金标准。结果103例脑血管疾病患者中,DSA检出脑梗死53例、脑出血36例、脑动脉瘤14例。MSCT检出脑梗死50例、脑出血33例、脑动脉瘤11例,诊断准确率为91.26%(94/103);MRI检出脑梗死52例、脑出血35例、脑动脉瘤14例,诊断准确率为98.05%(101/103),MRI诊断准确率高于MSCT。结论MSCT脑血管成像和MRI均可对脑血管疾病进行诊断,MRI的诊断正确率高于MSCT脑血管成像,其检查时间长于MSCT脑血管成像,因此临床上应根据具体情况选择合适的检查方式。 Objective To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)cerebrovascular imaging and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases.Methods A retrospective case-control study was conducted to analyze the data of 103 patients with cerebrovascular diseases admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to August 2022.All patients were examined by MSCT cerebrovascular imaging and MRI,with the results of digital subtraction angiography(DSA)as the gold standard.The detection results of DSA in patients with cerebrovascular diseases and the accuracy of MSCT cerebrovascular imaging and MRI in the detection of cerebrovascular diseases.Results Among the one hundrecl and three patients with cerebrovascular diseases,fifty-three,thirty-six,fourteen cases of cerebral infarction,cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral aneurysm were detected by DSA,respectively.The cases of cerebral infarction,cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral aneurysm detected by MSCT were 51 cases,33 cases and 11 cases,respectively,with diagnostic accuracy of 94/103(91.26%);the cases of cerebral infarction,cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral aneurysm detected by MRI were 52 cases,35 cases and 14 cases,respectively,with diagnostic accuracy of 101/103(98.05%).The diagnostic accuracy of MRI was higher than that of MSCT.Conclusion Both MSCT cerebrovascular imaging and MRI can diagnose patients with cerebrovascular diseases.Although the diagnostic accuracy of MRI is higher than that of MSCT cerebrovascular imaging,the examination time is longer than that of MSCT cerebrovascular imaging.Therefore,appropriate examination methods should be selected according to the specific conditions in clinical practice.
