摘要
气相色谱(GC)在分析化学领域中扮演着重要角色,因此向化学及相关专业的大学生传授相关专业知识非常必要。文章旨在根据实际气相色谱实验教学中存在的问题,从实验仪器原理的讲解、实验内容的选择、气相色谱仪的选择及测定方法的优化四个方面提出教学改革建议,期望提高气相色谱实验教学的质量。
Gas chromatography(GC)plays a crucial role in the field of analytical chemistry,making it essential to impart relevant professional knowledge to chemistry and related majors at universities.This article aims to propose educational reform suggestions based on the actual issues in gas chromatography experimental teaching,covering explanations of experimental instrument principles,selection of experimental content,choice of gas chromatography instruments,and optimization of measurement methods.The goal is to enhance the quality of gas chromatography experimental teaching.
