民用运输类直升机鸟撞适航审定技术研究

摘要 直升机作为低空域航空器,发生鸟撞的概率很高。随着直升机飞行速度的提高,鸟撞事故的危害性在增强,鸟撞对民用直升机使用安全性的危害不容忽视。基于CCAR-29规章中对鸟撞的条款要求,针对运输类直升机的自身特点,通过对直升机鸟撞的要求进行条款解析,归纳梳理出符合性验证路线图,明晰了鸟撞符合性验证需要开展的工作。另外结合一民机鸟撞条款符合性验证工作,对审查过程中的关注要素进行了探讨,为直升机鸟撞符合性审查提供一定的思路和参考,以满足型号研制和审定工作的需要。 As a low altitude space aircraft,helicopter has a high probability of bird strike.Meanwhile,with the increase of flight speed,the harm of bird strike accidents for helicopter is also gradually increasing.The harm of bird strike to the safety of civil helicopter cannot be ignored.Based on the requirements of bird strike in the CCAR-29 regulations and the characteristics of transport helicopters,the bird strike clause 0x09was researched,the road-map of compliance verification was summarized and sorted out and the work was clarified that needed to be carried out in bird strike compliance in this paper.In addition,combined with the verification of the bird strike of one type civil helicopter,the concerned factors in the certification process were discussed,which provided some ideas and references for the helicopter bird strike compliance review,so as to meet the needs of helicopter development and certification.
