基于BIM的CAD/CAE一体化分析技术在水利水电工程中的应用

摘要 在设计企业数字化转型的背景下,为提高水利水电工程数字化设计过程中结构分析水平,提高数据利用效率,本文研究了一个CAD/CAE一体化分析插件。插件基于MicroStation和Ansys软件平台研发,能够将BIM设计模型中的几何数据及材料数据导入至CAE软件中用于前处理工作,扩大了对复杂结构进行CAD/CAE一体化的适用范围;将Ansys软件中的计算结果数据转换至MicroStation平台中用于后处理工作,独立于CAE软件的后处理模块,有利于数据的流转和存储。插件在某面板堆石坝的结构分析过程中得到了良好应用,提高了数据利用水平。相关技术可用于其他水利水电工程结构分析模块中。 Under the background of digital transformation of design enterprises,in order to improve the level of structural analysis in the process of digital design of water conservancy and hydropower projects and improve the efficiency of data utilization,this paper studies a CAD/CAE integrated analysis plug-in,which is developed based on MicroStation and Ansys software platform.It can import the geometric data and material data in BIM design model into CAE software for pre-processing work,which expands the application scope of CAD/CAE integration for complex structures.The calculation result data in Ansys software is converted to MicroStation platform for post-processing work,which is independent of the post-processing module of CAE software and is conducive to data transfer and storage.The plug-in has been well applied in the structural analysis of a concrete face rockfill dam,and the data utilization level has been improved.The related technology can be used in the structural analysis module of other water conservancy and hydropower projects.
