职业教育高质量发展视阈下德技并修人才培养的发展路径研究

摘要 在现代职业教育发展的新时期,坚持立德树人、德技并修,是培养高质量技能人才的重要路径,但是在发展的过程中出现了轻“德”重“技”的育人偏差、“德”“技”分离与脱节、德技并修育人机制不健全、学生“德”“技”基础薄弱的现实困境。持续促进职业教育内涵式高质量发展,在厘清职业教育高质量发展与德技并修的本质关联的基础上,需要注重职业精神和道德情操的培养,树立德技并修的教育理念、构造德技并修的育人平台、组建德技并修的创新团队、强化德技并修的理论与实践、完善德技并修评价体系,培养更多敢担当、有理想、懂技术、敢创新的高质量人才。 In the new period of the development of modern vocational education,adherence to moral education and moral and technical training is an important path to cultivate high-quality skilled personnel,but in the process of development,there is a deviation of parenting that is light on morality and heavy on skills,Moral and technical separation and disconnection,moral and technical and cultivation of human mechanism is not sound,the students moral and technical weak foundation of the reality dilemma.The reality of the dilemma of the weak foundation of students’moral and technical skills.To promote the connotative and high-quality development of vocational education,on the basis of clarifying the essential connection between the high-quality development of vocational education and moral and technical training,it is necessary to pay attention to the cultivation of vocational spirit and morality,set up the educational concept of moral and technical training,construct a platform for nurturing moral and technical training,establish a team of innovators of moral and technical training,strengthen the theory and practice of moral and technical training,and improve the evaluation system of moral and technical training,so as to cultivate more students who have courage to bear responsibilities,have ideals,know technology and dare to innovate.We can cultivate more high-quality talents who dare to take responsibility,have ideals,know technology and dare to innovate.
